At SouthRockGeneral, we believe getting your order to your door should feel easy and stress-free. That’s why we offer free shipping on every order we send out to customers in the United States and Canada. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout, and no minimum purchase required. What you see is what you pay, and what you pay includes delivery.<\/p>\n

Once your order leaves our hands, here is what you can expect for delivery times:<\/p>\n

United States:<\/strong> Your package will arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the moment it ships. We know you are excited to receive your items, so we work hard to get things moving quickly.<\/p>\n

Canada:<\/strong> For our friends up north, delivery takes between 9 and 11 business days. This timeline includes customs processing, which can sometimes add a small delay depending on the season or volume of shipments.<\/p>\n

Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates. While we do everything we can to meet them, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control. If anything comes up, we will do our best to keep you informed.<\/p>\n

Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. That way, you can follow along and know exactly where your package is on its journey to you.<\/p>\n
